The minimum wage is a state-established standard that must be applied by employers in the Republic of Belarus, when calculating wages, as the lowest limit for the remuneration of employees who work in normal working hours and in normal working conditions. The minimum monthly wage is set annually by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and is indexed in the manner prescribed by law, taking into account inflation.
